Job description

This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.

This position serves a liaison between internal partners during the plan installation/conversion. This position is responsible for the successful installation of new adopting employers for Multiple Employer Plans.

What you do

  • Establish implementation timelines for plan setup and manage required deadlines
  • Generate enrollment materials and assist in organizing education meetings
  • Own timely, professional, and accurate resolutions to internal client concerns, questions, and problems
  • Drive client service initiatives including process improvement to enhance client experience
  • Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business-related field required
  • 1-3 years of experience in working with retirement plans required
  • Multiple Employer Plan experience preferred
