The RoleAs the Junior Video Editor, you will be responsible for: - Executing video production at the company. You will work closely with Matt to make their video content top quality and drive quality improvements through the production process. - Receiving raw footage from Matt and being responsible for editing the first draft of the video. This includes making production decisions, cutting out fluff, sourcing or requesting extra footage, giving it rhythm, and making it more dynamic & enjoyable for people to watch. - Focusing on creating short clips for social media and video ads that grab people’s attention. The team welcomes your trendy, funny, or downright crazy ideas here - they like to stand out! - Editing their course videos. These include both face videos and screencast tutorial videos.

The Person - 1-2+ years of experience editing video (specifically for YouTube ). - You have a love for video and a passion for storytelling. - You have a deep interest in creating YouTube videos and you have/ have thought of having your own YouTube channel! - You can manage tight deadlines and prioritise your work. - You have proven experience with: - Adobe Premier Pro - Motion graphics - After Effects (or similar)
