Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Stay informed about industry regulations, policy changes, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance laws and regulations.

Requirements
Proven experience as a licensed Insurance Agent specializing in either Life and Health or Property and Casualty insurance.
Valid state insurance license(s) for the specific lines of insurance being sold.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Sound knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and related software applications.

Education:
