We are currently looking for a Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our recruiting team. This is a full-time position, which can be carried out completely remote within Germany or at one of our locations in Germany.
Your Tasks
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and beyond, including providing timely feedback and updates.
Develop innovative strategies for candidate sourcing and attraction, continuously enhancing our recruitment approach.
Conduct interviews with a focus on scaling the tech departments and securing the best talent for our organization.
Your profile
Possess about 2 years of professional experience in technical recruitment, with a strong background in international recruiting in addition to agency and/or in-house settings.
Demonstrate a strong track record in IT recruiting, with a deep understanding of software development, IT operations, and infrastructure roles.
Comfortable working in a KPI-oriented environment, with a focus on optimizing recruitment outcomes.
Strong interest in IT and technical topics, complemented by a relevant degree qualification.
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus, along with a high level of empathy and a personable demeanor.
