Job Title: Robotics Engineer

Role Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Robotics Engineer to join our innovative team on a full-time basis. As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced robotics algorithms, components, and systems. This role involves creating and maintaining robust software infrastructure to support robotic functionalities and optimizing performance and reliability. You will collaborate with a highly skilled and experienced team of engineers and developers remotely, contributing to cutting-edge projects that deploy robotic systems globally.


Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robotics algorithms and systems.
  • Integrate and test robotics components such as sensors, controllers, and actuators.
  • Develop and maintain software for robotic systems, primarily using C++ and Python.
  • Utilize ROS/ROS2 for robotics programming and system integration.
  • Conduct performance optimization of robotic systems for reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to innovate and solve complex problems in robotics.
  • Participate in the deployment of robotic systems and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Engage with the global robotics community by participating in conferences and contributing to open-source projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in the autonomous robotics domain.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and familiarity with ROS/ROS2.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with simulation tools like Gazebo or Unity is highly desirable.
