Your missions

NeoWork is looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive (Inbound/Outbound Sales) to join our high-performing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the BPO industry. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities to generate and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the Client's services
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Client's services

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of proven track record in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
