Job Overview


We are looking for Location Managers based anywhere in India who can provide multiple locations for film shoots anywhere in India, including a specific location mentioned here:


An auditorium location for Webseries with Renowned Director


Project Location: Mumbai

Project Start Date: Immediately

Requirement Details:


A well-known director and production house are looking for an Auditorium (live location) for the shoot in Mumbai. It should be relatively big and well maintained & clean.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Location Manager in the film industry
  • In-depth knowledge of film locations
  • Strong network of contacts with location owners and authorities
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and obtain necessary permits
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and secure suitable film locations for productions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with location owners and local authorities
  • Negotiate contracts and obtain permits and legal clearances for filming
  • Coordinate with production team and manage logistics for location shoots
  • Handle budgeting and cost management for location-related expenses
  • Suggest creative and unique location options that align with the script
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any location-related issues during production
