Your role: Senior Java Developer Utrecht**

As a Senior Java Developer Utrecht , you have a leading technical role on various fronts. Naturally, by helping to build the new data-intensive SaaS product with billions of processed events alongside the various agile cross-functional development teams based on the new architecture. Here you can work with Java21, Spring Boot, AWS, NoSQL, RabbitMQ, and AWS , within a fully automated development pipeline . This means deploying often and getting immediate feedback on your work! Additionally, you'll help improve coding standards, refine the architecture , and share your knowledge through mentoring with less experienced colleagues. This means you'll have a significant impact not only on the product but also on the formation of the culture! **

What is Required?**

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience in designing backend architecture and coding best practices
• Experience with Java11+ and Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices and/or event-driven architecture
• Experience with Cloud such as AWS is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience with Agile testing, TDD, and/or Continuous Delivery is a plus
• Experience mentoring/coaching other developers is a plus
