Are you passionate about selling innovative solutions that help businesses transform and grow? Do you have experience and knowledge of Oracle Technology and Managed Services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a high-performance Senior Sales Account Manager who can drive sales to new and existing customers related to Oracle Cloud solutions as well as, Managed Services in the Spanish market. You will be responsible for generating, identifying, and qualifying leads, developing, and presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with our technical, functional and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of sales and consulting experience in the IT industry, focused on Oracle Technology and Managed Services.
  • Strong network and extensive experience with the Oracle Cloud eco-system in Madrid.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • A strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud value proposition, features, and benefits.
  • A self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated to developing & pursuing sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region, building a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic and disciplined individual effort.
  • Discuss and demonstrate the added value and capabilities to prospects and clients.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to provide a great customer experience, keep communication open, and be prepared to offer new solutions.
  • Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with appropriate resources to ensure growth objectives.
  • Negotiate long term agreements/contracts with customers including pricing, terms, and conditions of sale.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows, and develop strong relationship with strategic partners.
