Job description

Peach is looking for a talented and creative Sr Growth Marketing Manager to help us bring our best-in-class loan management and servicing platform to more of our ideal customers. You’ll help us parlay our already strong momentum into a flywheel that sustains and accelerates our growth.

As Peach’s Sr Growth Marketing Manager, you will bring a track record of building and optimizing high-performing growth strategies, along with a firm grasp of up-to-date growth best practices. You will help us develop and deploy strategies to sustainably acquire and retain high-value customers. And you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a strong team of cross-functional stakeholders. You will report to our VP of Marketing.

In this role, you will:

Develop and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact

Create and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified pipeline

Own key aspects of the website, email campaigns and nurtures, SEO, social and advertising, events

Own and manage key aspects of our marketing tech stack

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Experience.

Manage growth reporting and analyticsOversee, test and optimize paid Marketing spendIn addition, you may be asked to temporarily help manage other key facets of our Marketing efforts for a teammate on leave

The ideal candidate will possess:

Humility, creativity and thoughtfulness—crafting and testing strategies that are most effective for Peach’s specific goals and context.

A deep understanding of search engine optimization, implementing best practices to enhance organic reach and visibility.

5+ years of growth marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred.

Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies.

Experience with marketing automation and other relevant software tools.

In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
