We're looking for Collections Assistant to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate delinquent accounts information and records.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress.
  • Adhere to all state and federal collection laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment of debts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in collections or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and negotiate payment plans
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations (preferred)
  • Language: English (fluent), Spanish or Russian (preferable as a second language)

Salary:

Starting $800, increase to $1000 is performance-based after 2 months.

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday, (2 days off on weekdays) 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
