And now, we are looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Architect) who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
What you'll be working on:Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Drive the adoption of best coding practices, design principles, and development methodologies.Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance and scalable software solutions.Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring code quality and efficiency.Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate effectively within an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.Conduct research and development activities to enhance existing systems and introduce cutting-edge technologies. What we expect from you:Extensive experience in software development using languages such as JS/NodeJS, Go, PHP. In-depth knowledge of system design in monoliths, and distributed systems.Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams in a collaborative and Agile environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.Strong critical thinking skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.Expertise in the full software development lifecycle. Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Extensive knowledge of the AWS infrastructure.
