Support Specialist L2

Tasks:

FTE at 100% ( AWS skill), monitoring person for AWS stack: - Able to resolve & restart jobs when failing incl. understanding simple to medium complexity errors and their resolution. - Concise communication with stakeholders whenever data pipelines fail. - Ideally: Someone who can develop some AWS tasks under guidance.

FTE at 100% ( PBI skill): - Someone who can work on and resolve incoming tickets (answer standard questions etc.) - Act as a first level support for PowerBI related questions.

Requirements:

• Good command of English – both spoken and written skills on at least B2 level.
• 8x5 support, India Standard Time
• Location: PH or IN
• Must Have: AWS and PBI
• Nice to Have: Azure (mainly SQL DB only)
• 1 FTE (AWS) and 1 FTE (PBI)
• Shift Needed: EARLY EMEA Shift (shift starts anytime between 10:30AM to 2:00PM PH)
• Willing to work on a PH holiday and on a weekend as needed.
