Job Description

KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking law school graduates who desire an engaging work environment where they are valued and respected for upcoming Cyber Incident Response projects.

Document Review Analysts will review documents for Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) using various electronic review platforms. This position is project-based and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.

Position Details**

  • Remote, reviewers must reside within the United States.
  • Pay rate: $22 per hour
  • Duration depends on the project; opportunities vary from 1 week to 6 months; possibly longer.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week between 9 AM ET and 5 PM ET/8 AM CT and 4 PM CT.
  • Overtime may be available based on individual project demands, at the discretion of the end client

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree is required.
  • Basic understanding of the concept of personal identifiable information (PII) is required, an understanding of the legal protections afforded to such information is desired
  • Ability to recognize common number sequences such as Social Security Numbers, date of birth, and credit card/bank accounts is required
  • Experience in electronically reviewing documents using our various review platforms including Relativity, Canopy, and Nebula is preferred but not required
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in computer-based data entry is preferred but not required
  • Experience with medical billing/coding or experience as medical records technician is desired
  • A secure home office with high-speed internet access and a Mac or PC with Windows 10 or newer operating system is required
  • Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers, and related remote work office equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
