Job description

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Document Reconciliation Specialist to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be local to Indianapolis to go onsite if needed)! The Document Reconciliation Specialist oversees the process of imaging closing documents into the company's Electronic Document Management System. This role involves ensuring accurate scanning, coding, and entry of essential information while adhering to established records management processes. This Contract opportunity offers $17/Hour!

Essential Job Functions: - Gather closing documents for scanning and batch scanning legal documents. - Properly name and code each PDF to facilitate transfer into the company's EDMS. - Correct any errors or rejections resulting from improper coding through quality checks of scanned images. - Perform data entry of key information and status conditions into the company's in-house system. - Adhere to all records management processes as outlined by company policy. - Maintain an organized central file room and ensure proper storage of legal files when not in use. - Preserve confidentiality and privacy of all legal files. - Maintain regular and punctual attendance. - Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required. - One to two years of related experience and/or training. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions. - Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. - Effective verbal communication skills when interacting with customers or employees.
