We are seeking a graphic designer to join the marketing team to conceive and create visual assets for paid marketing campaigns, app store images, emails, social media, and other relevant marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the ideation, creation, and delivery of impactful digital marketing assets.

The Role Itself
  • Manage the creation of paid media digital assets from concept to delivery for the social networks (e.g., Meta, X, Snap etc.), DSPs, affiliates, and other related marketing channels.
  • Manage the creation of marketing graphics used in email marketing, social media initiatives, and other relevant marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Stay abreast of ad creative intelligence, sports industry trends, and user acquisition creative best practices to drive campaign efficiencies.
  • Bring new ideas to test, iterate, and improve overall marketing creative performance.
  • Manage relationships with our external creative agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to stay abreast of new product features, launches, and promotions.

  • Experience Required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing creatives’ design either with a publisher or a creative agency.
  • Experience in creating high-quality 2D marketing assets, as well as some experience in basic animation and videos.
  • Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Suite and other relevant art/media creation software suites.
  • A good understanding of all art basics – composition, lighting, form, perspective, function and other elements.
  • Experience of working with creative briefs and iterative processes both internally within an organization and with external agencies.
  • Experience in sports industry is a major plus.
  • An exposure in designing UGC creatives is a plus.
