Cobol Developer
Remote


Key skills
  • Extensive COBOL programming skills
  • Deep experience with CICS
  • Solid DB2 experience
  • Solid knowledge of RACF
  • Assembly Language programming skills

Look for a COBOL programming skills (main) with good Assembler prog skills and with CICS, DB2, RACF
DDE supporting a change from IDMS to DB2 (so DB2 knowlege and IDMS would be huge)

RECRUITER INFORMATION (Not for candidate distribution)
  • Number of Positions: 2
  • Start: Immediately upon completion of the CBC
  • Duration: 4 months initially
o NOTE: this is anticipated to be a 2-Phase project:
§ Phase 1 (4 months): COBOL / Assembler code review, modification and new programming
§ Phase 2 (4-12 months): Full software replacement
