Job description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,000 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 12,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

Reporting to Head of B2B Field Marketing

We’re looking for a B2B Field Marketing Manager to join the Global Field Marketing team, based in London. This role will focus on planning, executing, and evaluating a diverse range of marketing events across the UK to generate new prospects, accelerate existing opportunities, and expand share in existing accounts.

You’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive third-party events calendar (in-person and virtual), managing event logistics and budgets, and working cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of event opportunities. You’ll also lean in on targeted campaigns and account-based marketing plans as we scale.

As Field Marketing Manager at Multiverse, you’ll be collaborative, have strong project management, communication and negotiation skills, and can demonstrate a track record of bringing events from concept to execution. You’ll ensure strong correlation between marketing activity and sales success by driving best-in-class cross-functional processes to maximise revenue and create positive customer experiences. You should be comfortable working within a high-growth B2B company, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and able to use data to drive insights and improvement.

Specifically, you will

  • Manage end-to-end execution of our quarterly events portfolio for the UK market including vendor sourcing and liaison, speaker briefs, marketing collateral, onsite branding assets, and follow-up tracking

  • Proactively engage with Sales to coordinate and communicate planned event marketing activities, establishing alignment, providing visibility, driving engagement, and inspiring action

  • Efficiently handle and organise multiple events simultaneously, ensuring that all workstreams are effectively managed on time, leading to the highest standard of event execution

  • Partner with Content, Growth, Brand, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing to implement a coordinated approach across the broader Multiverse events calendar while identifying ways to improve scalability and standardisation

  • Analyse event performance metrics to measure ROI and impact, and provide post-event reports outlining recommendations so that insights are integrated into current and future strategies

  • Lead/participate in marketing team meetings, sales training sessions, company meetings, and industry events as needed

About you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B events/field marketing role, preferably within a SaaS/Tech company

  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills

  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership

  • Proven organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Experience overseeing a budget and negotiating with various stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort using Marketing automation tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and/or similar

  • A positive, customer-centric attitude with motivation to deliver an exceptional event experience

  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements
