Licensure: You're a fully licensed, Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in UT
Please note, at this time they are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
NPI Number and Malpractice Insurance: They can point you in the right direction if you don't have those yet!
