Job description

**Only HVs in English will be considered**

Schedule (California Time):

5am-2pm Pacific, Monday - Friday


We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to work with a fast paced and growing tech company in Silicon Valley. We are interested in individuals who have a high attention to detail and can communicate well on the phone.

You will be working in both English and Spanish, taking calls and making notes in the ticketing system in English.

Training on the company's products, services, and processes will be provided.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer service calls and emails
  • Make proper notes in the ticketing system


Requirements
  • C1 or higher English (written and verbal)
  • Can follow a process and meet targets
  • Prior experience in customer service

Preferred Requirements:

  • C2 English with CEFR / EFSET certification
