JOB SUMMARY

 Alsana’s Admissions Liaison is an integral part of the Admissions Team responsible for guiding clients through the initial phase of the admission process and helping the wider Growth Team to meet departmental sales goals.  Primary functions of this position are managing early stage lead volume and lead generation for the admissions team.  As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Admissions Liaison facilitates a crucial step in moving potential clients into the admissions process and coordinating with the Admissions Counselor on a warm hand off. This position is ideal for entry-level behavioral health and sales minded professionals.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of inbound lead volume.
  • First point of contact and case management for future clients.
  • Re-engagement efforts to database leads to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the Alsana brand and treatment options.
  • Opportunity Development: work within a database of potential clients and in reception of marketing qualified leads to accomplish the following goals:
    • Determine viability of the lead as a potential client for Alsana programming.
    • Create an inquiry in salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the lead is determined to be viable.
    • Coordinate with appropriate Admissions Counselors for follow up and next steps.
  • Manage marketing engagement platforms:  Manage Alsana online chat services and Web to Lead follow up and engagement.
  • Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Computer Skills – Must have general knowledge of PCs and be proficient in a Windows environment.  Requires ability to access and update information in a computer system.
  • Interpersonal/Computer Skills – Must be able to read, write and speak fluently and effectively in English.
  • Other Skills and Abilities – Good written and oral communication skills. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, marketing, business or closely related field.
  • Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly.
  • Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Healthcare sales background preferred; not required.
  • Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts.
  • Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client.  

Hourly rate is $22-$24 per hour.
