We are seeking experienced brokerage managers with a strong network who are excited to advance their advisors’ practice though technology and an exceptional brokerage team.

What you'll do:

Outbound activities to source new advisors

Understand advisor’s case design objectives and provide relevant recommendations to include running lllustrations and working with ML’s underwriter to secure preferential offers

Track advisor opportunities in company CRM and follow-up for applications

Onboard new advisors

Aid advisors in submitting business

About you:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Life insurance brokerage experience is required

Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence a situation to achieve the best client outcome

Superior problem-solver, not afraid to dig deeper to get the best client outcome

Strong phone and computer skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and Word - with the ability to quickly learn and master our internal and carrier software programs

Experience with Winflex
