Job Description

  • Work efficiently in a multi-customer and multi-project environment, balancing between different requirements, priorities, and operating models.
  • Partner with clients to understand their compensation strategies and objectives, offering guidance for the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Design, configure, and implement customized compensation solutions within SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support for any compensation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of compensation data

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors in the relevant modules
  • Extensive and in-depth development knowledge in the Compensation SF Module
  • Experience in implementation projects represents an advantage
  • Interface configuration from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP R/3
  • Good understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors module certification would be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
  • Advanced German and English knowledge
