As an HRBO Ford Champ you will help the HRBP team for all Ford of Mexico areas on Data Analytics. VQR analysis, Process Mapping, Shadowing program, etc. **

Data Analysis and Reporting
Process Mapping
Communication Strategy
Voluntary Quit Rate analysis

Qualifications

What you´ll need:

Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of administration or industrial engineering
90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
Time and data management skills
Good communication skills, negotiation skills desirable
Experiencia in school projects of data analysis for decision making
