Responsibilities
What you'll do...
The Digital Editor, Dealer Training & Productivity, will have the primary responsibility of helping us create creative content for our Ford and Lincoln content platforms. This candidate will produce work from start to finish and collaborate with others to create industry-leading content. You will use your talents in video editing, animation, color grading, sound, and visual effects to create compelling stories that make people want to keep watching. In addition, this individual will be required to participate in pre-production meetings and creative design meetings where they will help us generate content ideas. Some skills essential to this role include being able to edit video clips together in a captivating way, create animations, add visual effects, color grade footage, layer in music tracks, and sound effects. We will request a reel of your work that demonstrates your talents in the areas video editing, animation, graphics and sound editing.
This candidate will have the opportunity to edit engaging videos and lead our post-productions for Ford and Lincoln. They will also be able to flex their creative thinking skills by pitching ideas during creative design meetings. They will be a highly motivated, self-starter who needs little direction to help make the content come to life. They must be a team player who thinks positively, even when hurdles and unexpected obstacles arise. They are proactive and organized, but comfortable with ambiguity and aren’t afraid when things get messy. They prioritize well and can manage multiple projects at once. Finally, this candidate has a reel of their work that highlights their skills in the various areas of post-production.
