Responsibilities:
- Handling initial client inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Preparing and managing digital client documentation.
- Collaborating closely with the director.
- Organising new client documentation, including cost agreements and authorities, digitally.
- Reporting directly to the director of the firm.
To be successful, candidates should have:
- A minimum of one year of experience in any aspect of personal injury claims.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Efficiently managing inquiries by extracting relevant details and documenting them concisely.
