Summary:The purpose of this role is to identify, research, and connect with inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and create opportunities for Account Executives to meet with leads that are considered Sales Qualified (SQLs) and then take-over the process of driving the leads further down the sales funnel.
Responsibilities: - Proactively generate new sales opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, research and compliant email to defined and assigned Target Accounts in order to generate awareness of and interest in Smile Digital Health’s products and solutions. - Follow-up on inbound marketing leads from the website, trade shows, and other marketing events via cold calling, LinkedIn, research and compliant email to assess quality (SQL). - Engage decision-makers and internal influencers to identify their challenges and drivers to suggest appropriate next steps including, meetings with Account Executives (AE). - Schedule meetings with SQLs and Account Executives (AEs) to hand-off the process of creating opportunities (Deals) and driving the opportunity further down the Sales Funnel. - Research and create Target Account Plans for all assigned Target Accounts to support Target Account sales and Account-Based Marketing processes. - Develop a working understanding of Smile Digital Health’s value-proposition, target industries, target personas, technology platform, solutions, and pricing structure. - Use Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to import, add, format, update, create lists, and maintain inbound lead data, as well as log activity, discussion details, and prepare notes for AEs. - Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
Requirements: - Min 1 year experience in a sales or customer service environment. - Strong problem solving, data analysis, and time management skills. - Internally motivated and comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment. - Comfortable working and learning in a remote environment. - Post Secondary education is an asset.
