Your Impact

You will play a huge role in assisting the development of Globibo's presence in the region by working with our existing international clients. Collaborate with the largest brands and organizations in the world to provide world-class translation, interpretation & training projects. Leverage our inhouse platforms and network of international partners to customize and deliver solutions.

Account Servicing (50%)

· Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
· Follow up on converting and extending quotations
· Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
· Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare
· Effectively increase revenue from existing clients
· Establish long-term support contracts
· Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account
· Company introduction to new Leads

50% Project & Product Management

· Determine & document project scope with Customers
· Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management
· Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback
· Identify and contract required partners for service delivery
· Manage projects/events at location
· Develop, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services
· Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth
· Follow up with product development team on product improvements

Your Potential Profile


You are self-motivated individual work enjoys working independently. You are passionate about language learning or event technology services

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
2. 5-10 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management
3. Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients
4. Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
5. Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
6. Prior experience in communicating with senior managers
7. Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
