About us
At Founders Pledge, our mission is to empower entrepreneurs to do immense good. Since launching in 2015, we’ve raised over $9 billion for the most impactful social causes. We offer the simplest path to impact for successful entrepreneurs, providing end-to-end giving infrastructure, pioneering research, and access to a worldwide network of experts. In other words, we help tech leaders become strategic philanthropists. Our 1700+ members include the people behind industry-leading companies such as Airbnb, UiPath, Dropbox, Skype, Spotify, and Uber.
About the role

THE MEMBER EXPERIENCE TEAM:

Our Member Experience (MX) team is a multi-disciplinary team who support our members from the moment they engage with Founders Pledge, through to their eventual giving. We provide a variety of services to our members along their member journey, from a programme of events and community support, to a personalized advisory service. Ultimately, our MX team ensures that our members have a deep understanding of how to maximise their philanthropy, helping us to move funds to the highest-impact solutions to global challenges.

Potential roles within our Member Experience team:

  • Advisor

  • Community Manager

  • Growth Lead

  • Events Manager

About you

We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds to join our Member Experience team. You might have experience in the following:

  • A member/client facing role, with specific experience communicating complex information persuasively (this could be from a range of backgrounds, e.g. sales, communications, fundraising, education).

  • Experience working with HNW individuals.

  • Experience supporting the planning and delivery of a variety of educational/impactful events.

  • The ability to manage cross-functional projects, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Alignment with our values is also important to us. You can read more here.

*** If you’re interested in joining our Member Experience team, we’d love to hear from you! By submitting your application, you understand that you’re registering your details to our talent pool, as opposed to applying for a specific role. ***

Why work with us?

You can find more about the benefits we offer here, but what makes us truly special is both our mission and our people. We’re a diverse team, from both charitable and commercial backgrounds, who believe that amazing things can happen when we tackle problems together. We offer a flat structure and an opportunity to help shape the future of philanthropy.

We offer flexible working options (office-based, hybrid, remote) for most of our roles, with the exception of our member-facing positions, which require individuals to be based in/around a certain location. We bring the global team together once per year and individual teams will also meet to work together once per year.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Founders Pledge. We seek people with different strengths, experiences and backgrounds, who share our drive to understand and solve complex social challenges. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Finding solutions to the world’s most pressing problems requires different perspectives and unique ways of thinking and we are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can do their best work.
