Overview:

The SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) role is critical in ensuring efficient billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes within the organization. They are responsible for implementing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions to streamline the billing and revenue management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement SAP BRIM solutions to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BRIM with other systems
Customize and enhance SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module to align with billing and revenue processes
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP BRIM implementation projects
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BRIM applications and processes
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP BRIM functionalities
Optimize and improve billing and revenue management processes through continuous system enhancements
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SAP BRIM applications and interfaces
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP BRIM
Train end users on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices
Stay updated with SAP BRIM latest developments and best practices
Document all SAP BRIM configurations, customizations, and processes
Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of new SAP BRIM modules and functionalities
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for SAP BRIM solutions
Contribute to the overall SAP roadmap and strategy for driving business growth and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module and its integration with SAP BRIM
Experience in configuring and customizing billing and invoicing processes in SAP BRIM
Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices
Ability to lead and manage SAP BRIM implementation projects
Proficiency in SAP BRIM configuration, pricing, and billing functionalities
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to SAP BRIM applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
Certification in SAP BRIM or related SAP modules is preferred
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and tools
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of best practices and industry standards in billing and revenue management
Experience in training end users on SAP BRIM functionalities and processes
Strong documentation and reporting skills for SAP BRIM implementations
