Are you a native German speaker with a passion for sales? Our Series F client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team and contribute to their growth across the DACH region. Join their exciting journey and be part of an integrated platform that helps businesses become safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With 20,000 global customers already onboard and ambitious plans for further expansion across EMEA, this is a unique opportunity. The role can be based anywhere in the UK or Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers in the DACH region.
  • Engage in consultative selling, showcasing the value and benefits of the integrated platform to prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German is essential.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the DACH market and familiarity with the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry is a plus.
