Project managers at Sitation are a critical part of our delivery practice. The project manager is responsible for day to day oversight of projects in flight, maintaining established project margin and mitigated project risk. In collaboration with the project owner, the project manager will oversee the project activities against the established project plan, schedule, resource allocation, and budget. At Sitation, this includes managing complex streams of work with global companies in a fun, fast-paced, challenging environment.
Responsibilities
Project:
- Manage project scope, timelines/schedules, budgets, and resources to produce identified deliverables
- Establish clear project parameters supporting and enabling the success of all internal and client team members
- Develop, maintain and execute project plans through the full life cycle according to established procedures, processes and expectation
- Conduct internal and external status review meetings and report project progress to senior leadership and project stakeholders
Client:
- Oversee client relationships on a daily basis, providing creative solutions and managing their expectations
- Interface directly with customers at executive and administration levels to communicate PIM/MDM implementation process, set and manage expectations, and oversee client relationships during the implementation
Other:
- Work closely with cross functional teams to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and expand account footprint
- Oversee on-time delivery of all aspects of PIM implementation
- Implement PIM/MDM projects on platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Management experience for consulting services and/or software implementation
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to lead projects proactively
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Assess and adapt to varying customer work environments/cultures with a proven history of successfully managing client relationships and expectations
- Identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, create work plans/schedules
- Understand and manage daily tasks and provide structured direction to cross functional project team members
- Lead team and client meetings and track responsibilities
- Solid functional understanding of master data and PIM concepts
- Experience with Salsify, Akeneo, and Riversand platforms preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or project management certification preferred
