in Shanghai, Singapore, the Middle East, and the Philippines (Manila), we operate in 13 countries in Asia
and the Middle East. Our clients consist of SMEs and Multinationals specializing in at least 60+ industries.
They are a mixture of international companies who want to expand using HR solution services targeting
Asian and Middle Eastern Regions. We have at least 40 people working with us all over the world both
remotely and on-site.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full-time remote Business Development Recruiterto join our team. In thisrole, you will be
responsible for selling recruitmentservicesto SMEs and multinational companies, as well as delivering recruitment services
simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have at leastfive years of working experience and be familiar with countriesin
Asia and the Middle East. The candidate should be comfortable sourcing talents and clients using multiple channel sites
such as networking, LinkedIn, andother socialmedia platforms.

  • Be familiar with countries in Asia and the Middle East
Qualifications:
  • At least five years of working experience
  • Comfortable working in a start-up company
  • Self-starter, resourceful, resilient
  • Good communication skills
  • Savvy, outgoing, potential to lead a team in the future
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic are a plus but not mandatory
  • Able to work under pressure and with less supervision
  • Goal getter, comfortable with having targets
