The Offer:

Implement and maintain training plans, from onboarding to continuous professional growth opportunities.
Engage with various teams to identify and tailor relevant training needs. Bring new educational solutions to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead training sessions. Determine and share efficient methodologies to incentivise continuous learning and development.
Develop new training materials, assess and improve them continuously by reviewing processes and seeking feedback.
Document employees' progress and communicate outcomes to the dedicated managers.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian, French or German and solid communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or similar roles with training and development responsibilities.
Ability to connect with employees across all levels of the organization.
Strong time management, prioritization skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems and using digital platforms for online and in-person training .
