Your missions

Role Overview:

  • Onboarding: initial account analysis and account launch/creation on different platforms
  • Reporting – all wins and successes along with roadblocks and troubleshooting
  • Relationship Management: keeping constant and consistent communication with clients and providing all necessary data updates.
  • Owning formal communication via email and informal communication via Slack
  • Prepare for weekly meetings to deliver updates with confidence and professionalism
  • Host weekly meetings and support with additional workshops (as needed) to get the client results
  • Support the approval process of strategizing, coordinating, and launching new creative assets (including photo/video ads + copy)
  • Look for opportunities to post quick updates on the pulse of their campaigns (what’s working, what’s not working, technical issues, access to assets, etc)

Team Facing:

  • Keeping the media buying and creative teams up to date with all relevant client communication, requests, feedback, etc.
  • Keeping the team accountable by following up on all outstanding tasks
  • Requesting performance updates to share with the client
  • Maintaining a standard on data, creatives, copy, and assets by approving internally before revealing to the client

Candidate Prerequisites:

Non-negotiables:

  • English speaker (US/first language)
  • Comfortable presenting on Zoom and operating different advertising platforms
  • 3-4 years of experience as an Account Manager in the digital marketing space
  • Can comfortably manage projects and move tasks
  • Up to date with latest media buying practices
  • In-depth knowledge of different advertising platforms and the ability to explain technical nuances to clients
  • Up to date with the latest marketing trends
  • Great understanding of design, video, copywriting, and content creation practices
  • Works well with team members, open to feedback
  • Proficient with G-Suite applications, ClickUp, and Slack
  • Sensible approach towards prioritization
  • Fantastic organizational and time management
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions clearly
