We are expanding our Development Team and seeking a talented individual to spearhead the migration of live functionalities from a PHP application to an ASP.NET Core WEB API microservices architecture.

Impact | You will:

• Work on the migration of a monolithic application to domain-oriented microservices.
• Apply a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to optimize application performance.
• Implement market standard observability techniques to fine-tune and enhance system reliability.
• Drive enhancements across the Suntransfers platform using the latest technologies.
• Collaborate with Product and tech enthusiasts to architect advanced solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our applications through hands-on, impactful contributions.

Required Experience or Knowledge/Interest | You know or you are very excited about:

• ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/REST and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in any SQL database.
• Microservices.
• GitHub, CI/CD.
• Basic knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with DevOps or SRE practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or similar.
• Exposure to Kubernetes.
• Previous experience with PHP.

Important | You understand that:

• Our Approach to Work is Hybrid: We strongly believe in the power of in-person human interaction, but we also value the comfort of our home, so we split our time to make the most out of both. Currently on Mondays and Fridays we work from home.
• We use English and Spanish in daily basis. Since we are a multi-cultural international company, our common language is English, therefore you must speak it. But hombre, when everyone in an isolated conversation speaks Spanish, naturalmente cambiamos.
