Job Description:-

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integration technologies.
  • Experience with ITSM, SPM, and CSM modules, including configuration and customization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration tasks such as user/group administration, ACLs, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred but not required.
