We strive to create an employee experience that makes you proud to be a part of the Rayonier team. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and collaborative environment where you can be who you are and valued for your unique talents and perspectives. Rayonier is big enough to offer you professional growth and development opportunities, yet small enough for you to know every coworker by name. As an integral member of our Land Resources and Business Development Team, the Manager will spearhead the identification, development, and execution of commercial Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) opportunities across Rayonier’s vast landholdings. This encompasses a dynamic array of responsibilities, including project development and management, negotiation of contracts, meticulous records management, as well as facilitation of internal site approvals. Moreover, the role involves fostering seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders in Forest Resources, Real Estate, and Community Development departments. Beyond the immediate responsibilities, this position offers a pathway for career growth within the organization, supported by a conducive work-life balance, opportunities for professional development, competitive compensation, and a culture that champions innovation and inclusivity.
