Your missions

This is a remote position.

As a Technical Writer at tyfone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services are well-documented, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create – clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that helps our customers and internal stakeholders navigate our software products

Requirements

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
Produce high-quality documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and tutorials, tailored to various audiences.
Revise and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
Ensure documentation compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve documentation processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
4-8 years of proven technical writing experience in the fintech or SaaS industry (preferred).
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence).
Strong understanding of software development processes and technology stacks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with version control systems is a plus.
