Job description

Role & Responsibilities:
•          Define, implement & support D365 CRM initiatives.
•          Define workflows & functional requirements to develop & integrate multiple technologies within D365 Ecosystem.
•          Responsible for overall functioning of existing implementation as well as continuous improvement for all user groups, define application architecture, reports, dashboards, data mapping & other integration requirements.
•          Develop practical solutions & methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as related to D365 CE\CRM.
•          Development of Complex Modules and review code to ensure requirement coverage & adherence to best practices.
•          Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM & sales operations.
Required Skills:
•          A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle CRM projects.
•          7+ years of technical experience on the Microsoft D365 CE\CRM platform
•          Ability to develop D365 customizations (Workflow, Plugins or Power Automate) and to develop and execute data migrations.
•          Good understanding of D365 CRM application (Sales, Service, Marketing) Capabilities and constraints
•          Strong understanding of D365 Data verse and Development & Platform Best Practices
•          Strong hands-on coding skills with Microsoft Visual Studio & CRM SDK
•          Experience working with GIT version control (Github/Bitbucket/Gitlabs)
•          Experience with Web services, Callouts, SOAP API, REST API
•          Experience in .NET / Java
Education and Desired Certification:
•          Must possess at least a bachelor's or its equivalent in CS, Information Systems, or a related field and at least 8 years of prior work exp. in D365 CE\CRM.
