Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet organizational needs.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Ensure the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing systems. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of CRM and ERP processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Experience into SSRS / SSIS Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., C#, JavaScript). Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.). Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
