Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Compensation Consultant who will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Handling service management cases and resolution
- Working with Sales and Finance domain
- Managing sales compensation processes
- Utilizing products like Oracle Incentive Compensation and SAP Callidus
- Proficiency in SQL
- Utilizing SAP Business Objects reports
- Leading a team of 2-4 people and conducting service reviews with client management
- Gathering functional requirements from stakeholders
- Documenting existing processes and creating mock-ups of future systems
- Refining user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conducting business acceptance test cases

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
