We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (accredited in Germany) to join our team. You will report directly to the General Counsel, and could be located anywhere in Germany (or any other country where we have an operation).
What you'll doResponsible lawyer for DACH region and all HQ (currently Germany) matters;Support the General Counsel with all Corporate and Commercial matters;Draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements with a focus on commercial and corporate contracts;Assess, advise, and regularly report on legal risks, while proposing constructive solutions and challenging business decisions from a legal perspective;Advise and update internal stakeholders on laws and regulations that impact Dott’s business.What you’ll bring10 years of relevant working experience (comprising both in-house and law firm) ;You are a generalist with significant experience in corporate and commercial matters (including fundraising transactions);Admitted attorney in Germany;Fluent in German and English;Excellent business judgment, interpretation, and communication skills;Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
