Architectural Executive (WFH)

We are looking for an Architectural Executive to be a key part of our team, who will be responsible for implementing our projects on-site.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about both architecture and interior design, have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects at the construction stage, and is able to build a rapport with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.

Job Title: Architectural Executive (WFH)

Responsibilities

• Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Minimum Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Preferably graduate from UST, UP, FEU, ADMU
• Experience in residential houses, residential and show flat projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
• Proficient with architectural detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, VRay/ Enscape
  
• Must have your own device and internet connection
