Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementing Atlassian products, architecting solutions based on best practices, and leading a team of Atlassian experts to deliver client-centric outcomes. The successful candidate will work remotely, coordinating with a globally distributed team, and must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Proven track record of successful Atlassian product implementations.
Ability to work independently in client environments and as part of a team.
Skilled in architecting solutions and leading a team to meet client needs.
Up-to-date with Atlassian product best practices.
Experience transforming client configurations for Jira, Jira Service Desk, or Confluence.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and improve client processes.
At least two Atlassian certifications.
Technical expertise beyond typical Atlassian administration, including:
- Installation, deployment, and tuning of Atlassian instances.
- Configuring advanced system settings like user directories or SSO.
- Merging or migrating Atlassian instances.
Ability to lead, mentor, and coach remotely.
Understanding of how to translate customer needs into requirements.
Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies.
Self-motivated and proactive in community participation.
Availability for overlapping working hours with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
