Job description

This is a remote position.

We are in search of a Senior Atlassian Consultant with a solid track record of implementing or administering Atlassian tools. The consultant should be autonomous, able to meet project objectives, and skilled in soliciting functional and technical requirements through client analysis and virtual workshops. The role demands staying current with Atlassian product updates and being adept at configuring a suite of Atlassian products.

Requirements
  • Proven track record with Atlassian tool implementation or administration.
  • Autonomy in project delivery, with a focus on timeliness and budget adherence.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate on process streamlining and documentation for future engagements.
  • Experience in leading discovery workshops and soliciting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Skill in architecting solutions to meet diverse and complex customer needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting application demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Leadership in guiding a team of Atlassian consultants to meet client goals and metrics.
  • Familiarity with the latest Atlassian product release notes and configuration/administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Confluence.
  • Capability to leverage resources for upskilling on Atlassian and Marketplace products.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
  • Experience with IT Helpdesk, Incident Management, Change Request, and Asset Management frameworks.
  • Preferably, experience with self-service models and integrated issue-tracking and collaboration software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical expertise beyond typical Atlassian administration is beneficial.
  • Active Atlassian Certifications, Technical Accreditations, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are a major plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, explore new tech, and a self-driven attitude.
  • Active participation in the community.
  • Required to have working hours that overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet access.
