Role Overview:
We are in search of an exceptional and forward-thinking Director of Advanced Gen AI Research with a strong technological background. Your mission is to lead the charge in establishing our Gen AI research team, where your pioneering spirit will help shape the research strategy, define objectives, and assemble a team of exceptional researchers and engineers. Your primary responsibility is to foster the development and growth of our Gen AI research capabilities, with a particular focus on LLMs, Generative Audio, and other interconnected Gen AI domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide the research team with your expert technical insights, encouraging the exploration of novel ideas and Gen AI advancements tailored specifically for the audio entertainment industry.
- Develop a comprehensive research strategy with a special emphasis on LLMs, Generative Audio, deep Gen AI localization, Image Nets, Stability, Mid Journey, TTS, and Audio Generation Adversarial Networks, all in line with the companys visionary goals.
- Spearhead research efforts in Generative Audio, exploring novel approaches to create lifelike and expressive audio content, including music, voice, and sound effects.
- Initiate and oversee research projects in the realms of LLMs, Generative Audio, image processing, stability, mid-journey learning, TTS, and audio generation adversarial networks. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring successful execution.
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry experts to leverage external expertise and maintain a leadership position in Gen AI research.
- Encourage and facilitate the team's participation in publishing research findings at renowned Gen AI conferences and journals. Support the patent application process for innovative Gen AI technologies developed within the organization.
- Strategically manage the research budget and allocate resources to optimize research outcomes in our primary focus areas.
- Ensure that all research activities adhere to ethical guidelines, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a specialization in LLMs, Generative Audio, image processing, stability, mid-journey learning, TTS, and audio generation adversarial networks.
- Demonstrate seasoned leadership experience in Gen AI research, particularly in audio-related areas.
- Showcase expertise in developing and deploying LLMs, Generative Audio, Image Nets, and Audio Generation Adversarial Networks.
- Have a solid record of publications in top Gen AI conferences and journals, focusing on the specified domains.
- Exhibit a proven ability to build and lead high-performing research teams.
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by the passion to pioneer Gen AI technologies and apply them in the audio entertainment industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills and an adeptness in collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
