Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle lead generation and management, ensuring all leads are efficiently tracked and followed up on.
  • Inbox Management: Master the art of managing email inboxes, responding to important communications promptly and filtering out non-essential information.
  • Scheduled Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments and reminders, ensuring our CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Brainstorming Sessions: Engage in brainstorming sessions with our CEO to contribute ideas and insights for various projects.
  • Organizational Wizardry: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, keeping track of essential documents, files, and information.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage schedules and calendars, optimizing time to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and collaborate seamlessly with team members.
