Job Description:

Atleast 5+ yrs of experience on any Policy Admin product based systems in P&C insurance domain, good if you can find PolicyPro experts. No issues if you can't find
Required Java skills
Should be able to work on Production/oncall support and development activities
Knowledge on reading system logs, webservices call
Should have knowledge on Incident/problem/change/defect management and should have used any tools as part of these activities
Good analytical skills and system debugging skills
Good communication skills and should be able to face client, business users
Should be able to work in onsite-offshore model
Can work remotely until the COVID situation is stable
Canada location can also be considerable
Any additional skills will be an added advantage
