Junior Recruiter

Are you a motivated and outgoing individual with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Recruiter!

Role Description: As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Candidate Sourcing: Be on the phone all day, actively reaching out to potential candidates through cold calls. Your mission will be to headhunt passive candidates and engage them in conversations about exciting career opportunities.

Candidate Qualification: Your goal will be to convert passive candidates into "marketable" candidates by understanding their skills, aspirations, and career objectives. You'll help candidates see the value in exploring opportunities with us.

CRM Management: Ensure meticulous record-keeping by updating CRM notes for each lead you interact with. This will help us maintain a comprehensive database of potential talent.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other recruiters within the team, offering guidance and answering questions related to candidates in your pipeline. Teamwork is key to our success!

Performance Goals: Quickly ramp up your efforts to consistently meet volume goals. Don't hesitate to ask questions when you need help and be open to coaching and feedback to continually improve.
